FEES SCHEDULE SCHOOL YEAR 2025-2026

1. APPLICATION FEE

Registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable, non-transferable fee and covers the costs of the entrance test. Applicable to new students.

2. REGISTRATION FEE

Application fee is a one-time, non-refundable, non-transferable fee that must be paid in full upon initial enrollment and covers the administrative expenses for each application. Applicable to new students.

3. TUITION FEE

• Tuition fee does not include service fees and all international certification examinations fee.
• At minimum, tuition fees must be paid per term in advance. The due date for tuition payment is specified in Part II, Article 1
• Sibling Incentives for Tuition Fee:
  A 5% tuition fee discount is offered for the second child when parents have two children (siblings) enrolled at Victoria school system.
  A 10% tuition fee discount is applicable for the third child and subsequent children when parents have three or more children (siblings) enrolled at Victoria School system.

4. MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT FEE FOR EDUCATIONAL SOFTWARE

Maintenance and development fee for educational software is an annual fee, non-refundable, non-transferable fee, applicable to both current and new students

Annual fee, applicable to both current and new students, including:

• Fee for learning apps/software/platforms.
• Including the learning management system and e-portal service to communicate and keep parents updated on students' academic performance, conduct, and activities at school.

5. DAY-BOARDING FEE

• At minimum, day-boarding fee must be paid per term in advance.
• The due date for tuition fee payment is specified in Part III, Article 1
• The day-boarding fee includes lunch, mid-afternoon meals, and day-boarding care at school. Day-boarding service applies to all students at the school.
• The day-boarding fee does not include breakfast. If parents wishes to register, please inform the Admissions Office at least 2 weeks before the school enrollment day or the start of the new course/semester.

6. TEXTBOOKS, DAY-BOARDING SUPPLIES, NIFORM FEE

• Compulsory textbook, learning supplies (if any) fee:
  Including textbooks, learning aids adhering to the National Curriculum, and student books and workbooks for the Cambridge International Curriculum.
  Compulsory books and learning supplies are subject to fee based on retail prices.
  
  
• School supplies and uniform fee:
  The fee is applicable for new students before admission and covers learning materials, boarding essentials, and uniforms.
  Please note: The school has a policy regarding the refund and exchange of uniforms within a 15-day period starting from the date of purchase subject to the uniforms must be in unused condition, with all tags intact, and parents must provide proper documentation as proof of purchase. Additionally, uniform exchanges are like-for-like basis.

7. DỊCH VỤ XE ĐƯA ĐÓN

• At minimum, school bus service fee must be paid per term in advance.
• The published fee for the school bus service is for round-trip service. If a student only requires a one-way trip (pick-up or drop-off), the applicable fee will be 60% of the round-trip service fee.
• Special benefits for students who have siblings using the school bus service:
  Two-way transportation (same address): 20% discount for each student.
  One-way transportation (same address): 10% discount for each student.

8. HEALTH INSURANCE FEE

Following the regulations on compulsory health insurance, the school will temporarily collect the health insurance provisional payment and account for any price differences once the official announcement by the insurance agency is made. These differences will be reconciled at the end of the academic year with the fees already collected.

9. BOARDING FEE

• At a minimum, boarding fee are charged per term in advance.
• The boarding fee includes: Accommodation, dinner, school bus, student care service.

• Breakfast, day-boarding, boarding, school bus fee: The first term is charged at a minimum on a weekly basis; subsequent terms full term charge.

1. STUDENT WITHDRAWAL REFUND POLICY

Refund conditions:

• The school will only consider refund requests if the Parents provide an official written notification (along with all the necessary supporting documents) at least 30 (thirty) days before the student's scheduled withdrawal date.
• Parents will receive the refund within 15 business days from the date the school approves the Refund Request Form.

For unused day-boarding fee and school bus fee, the School will consider refunding in the following 2 scenarios:

• Parents relocate to a different province, city, or country, making it geographically impractical for the student to continue their education at the school, refunds for unused boarding and school bus services will be considered upon submission of supporting documents.
• Students are unable to continue their studies due to accidents or illnesses.

Calculating the refund: According to the timelines and rates in the table below. Parents must submit the notification at least 30 days prior to the above milestones.

2. LEAVE OF ABSENCE POLICY FOR STUDENTS WHO TEMPORARILY STOP STUDYING AT SCHOOL

Leave of absence conditions:

• The school will only consider leave of absence requests within a 15-business day period from the date of approval of the Leave of Absence Request Form (including the accompanying supporting documents) submitted by the Parents.
• The school will only grant a leave of absence for a maximum of one academic year, and the student is required to return at the beginning of the following academic year. Upon resuming studies, if there are any changes in fees, the Parents must pay the additional amount based on the current fee schedule applicable at that time.
• If the student is unable to resume studies even after the expiration of the approved leave of absence, a refund of 50% of the reserved amount will be provided. The Parents must submit a written request for the refund along with complete and valid supporting documents.

3. REFUND POLICY FOR MEAL FEE, SCHOOL BUS FEE FOR CURRENT STUDENTS

Refund conditions and Calculating the refund: In case a student is unable to attend school and has submitted a leave of absence request, the school will refund the day-boarding, boarding, breakfast and school bus fees for the student for a period of 5 consecutive days or more, for the following cases:

• Case 1: In the event that a student falls ill or has an accident, the school will reimburse the fee for a period of 5 consecutive days or more, starting from the day the request is received.
• Case 2: In cases other than Case 1, parents are required to notify the school of the student's absence at least 3 days in advance by submitting an Application for Absence.

The fees will be deducted from future payments or refunded in the next academic term/semester within the academic year. In the event that the student no longer continues their education at the school, the refunded amount will be transferred to the parents via bank transfer no later than July 31, 2026.

The school encourages parents to settle tuition fees and other expenses through bank transfers. Once the transfer is made, it is important for parents to retain the payment receipts as proof and provide them to the school when required.

2. PAYMENT BY CARD

Parents can pay by credit or debit in person at the Admissions Office.

3. VAT INVOICE

If parents wish to obtain a value-added tax (VAT) invoice, they are required to provide the necessary information on the school's form during the payment process. The school will then send the invoice to the parents within a period of 20 days after receiving the payment.
